Our services are tailored to individual and business needs, primarily targeting clients in Pakistan, especially Islamabad, while maintaining an international reach.

Eligibility

  1. To use our services, you must:
    • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration or service requests.
  2. eBrain reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if eligibility criteria are not met.

Services Offered

  1. Domain Registration:
    • eBrain offers domain registration services, primarily for .pk domains, but can facilitate other domains upon request.
    • Domain availability is subject to verification by domain registrars.
  2. Web Hosting:
    • Managed hosting services are provided through HosterPk.
    • Uptime of 99.99% is promised, but downtime due to third-party issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances is beyond our control.
  3. Website Development:
    • We specialize in WordPress websites, themes, and plugins with a focus on Stylothemes and Rishi themes.
    • Customization and delivery timelines depend on project requirements and client cooperation.
  4. SEO, Automation, Chatbots, and Content Services:
    • Services are delivered based on the scope of work agreed upon.
    • Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the client are not the responsibility of eBrain.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment must be made upfront or as agreed upon in writing before service commencement.
  2. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
  3. In case of project cancellation by the client, partial refunds (if applicable) will be at the discretion of eBrain.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide complete, accurate, and timely information required for service delivery.
  2. Ensure proper communication and feedback to avoid delays.
  3. Use services only for lawful purposes, complying with local and international laws.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content, code, designs, and materials created by eBrain remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our work without consent is prohibited.

Limitations of Liability

  1. eBrain is not liable for:
    • Losses due to misuse of services.
    • Data breaches caused by third-party providers.
    • Technical issues arising from client-installed software or unauthorized modifications.
  2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Service Suspension or Termination

  1. eBrain reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
    • The client violates these Terms.
    • Required payments are not made on time.
    • Malicious or fraudulent activities are detected.
  2. In case of termination, any data stored on our servers will be deleted after 15 days.

Confidentiality

eBrain respects client confidentiality. We ensure that any sensitive information shared with us is protected and used solely for service delivery.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
  2. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Amendments to Terms

eBrain reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
